- Upon confirmation all ordered items will be processed and delivered within 5 working days.
- Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays are not considered as working days.
- To ensure a smooth delivery and your orders will not be lost in the mail, all ordered items will be sent thru Local Registered Mail and will be charged at a flat rate of SGD$3/- per parcel.
- Tracking numbers will be provided for items sent thru Local Registered Mail.
- FEMININELY MODISH will not be held responsible for any defects, missing or quality issues that arise during the process of delivery.
- FEMININELY MODISH only accept returns / exchanges for size problems and do not accept returns for a full refund.
- Any returns / exchanges must be received within 7 days of delivery.
- Returned order must be in good condition and that is without damage, fragrance, stain, in original fold wrapping with tag (if any) and invoice.
- Delivery charges will be impost for new items sent in exchange.
