• All prices in this blog-shop are in Singapore dollars (SGD).

• Prices are subject to changes without prior notice (should there be changes in the price of the items ordered, re-confirmation needs to be made or you could either cancel your order).

• Full payment has to be made within 2 days upon receiving confirmation via e-mail.

• Payment must be made via POSB / DBS Bank Transfer or Cash Deposit at any ATM Machine. Please retain your receipt of acknowledgement for further verification purposes.

• An Invoice will be sent to you via e-mail once payment received.

• A full refund will be made should items be out of stock after payment.

Note: Your order(s) must be accompanied with a photo of the transaction receipt for verification purposes.

Delivery Terms & Conditions...

• Upon confirmation all ordered items will be processed and delivered within 5 working days.

• Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays are not considered as working days.

• To ensure a smooth delivery and your orders will not be lost in the mail, all ordered items will be sent thru Local Registered Mail and will be charged at a flat rate of SGD$3/- per parcel.

• Tracking numbers will be provided for items sent thru Local Registered Mail.
  

• FEMININELY MODISH will not be held responsible for any defects, missing or quality issues that arise during the process of delivery.

• FEMININELY MODISH only accept returns / exchanges for size problems and do not accept returns for a full refund.

• Any returns / exchanges must be received within 7 days of delivery.

• Returned order must be in good condition and that is without damage, fragrance, stain, in original fold wrapping with tag (if any) and invoice.

• Delivery charges will be impost for new items sent in exchange.
